The rules for using Reseller System.
The service
Reseller System provisions a CAPTCHA-solving reseller website on a domain you control. Your account gives you a customer dashboard, checkout, thread packages, and a prepaid balance that your own site's customers draw down as they solve CAPTCHAs.
Your account and site
A site record is created for you when you register. You are responsible for the domain, login email, and password you configure for it, and for keeping your account credentials confidential. We may suspend or restrict a site we find being used to abuse provisioning, payment, or support systems.
Payments and refunds
Package purchases and balance top-ups are processed through a hosted payment page and are non-refundable once the payment completes. Any refund or credit outside of that is issued at our discretion, as a manual adjustment to your account balance — we don't guarantee automatic refunds for unused balance, packages, or add-ons.
Support
Setup requests and other issues are handled through the support ticket system linked from your dashboard.
Payments are final
