Your account name and email, the domain and login details you configure for your provisioned site, and your balance and transaction history. If you open a support ticket, we also hold whatever you share there.
How we use it
To provision and operate your site, process package purchases and balance top-ups, keep your transaction history accurate, and respond to support requests.
Who we share it with
Payment details are handled directly by our hosted payment provider — we never see or store your card number. Server and domain provisioning is handled by our hosting provider, and support requests are handled through our ticketing system. We don't sell your data.
Card details stay with our processor
Checkout and balance top-ups happen on a hosted payment page — your card number never reaches our servers.
